Overall pretty positive sale.
Mark was always honest and genuine in his approach, and showed us how we needed to be realistic. He communicated as much as was necessary to progress the Sale. He showed knowledge of the local area and was always to be seen at auctions in the near suburbs. He tried so hard to explain to us how we were in a slump or depression for this selling market. But he was persistent and guided us to also be the same.

Julia is the most knowledgeable, most patient, experience Property Manager I've dealt with in 20 years. Personal, responsive and trustworthy property management!
I moved my rental property from another real estate to Airport West Real Estate because I was sick of being bumped from junior manager to manager and having no personal service attempted. I moved to Airport West and it was the best decision I ever made. I have had the same manager the whole time, Julia is amazing. She is personal, available - always answers emails and calls and calls back if she isn't available straight away and is always trustyworthy - if you think you can fix something yourself she is fine with that, if you want her to get a quote she is always looking for the most reasonable price that is the best compromise for you and the tenant. And you don't get bounced from agent to agent, you get to build a relationship with one person over years, which is a breath of fresh air.
