After having our house on the market for close to 3 months with no success, we decided to go with Airport West Real Estate. Mark was professional and friendly as well as extremely hard working. He was very understanding of our family commitments with a small child and worked hard to be as least disruptive to our routine as possible. Mark’s approach was to only bring in qualified buyers and to not waste our time with people who were not interested. He sold our house within 2 weeks, to the first buyers that he brought through. After the stress of having the house on the market for so long we were delighted that Mark was able to sell our house so quickly and easily without the continuous disruption of “Open for Inspections” and the high price tag of advertising that we had with the previous agent.
